Personal Coaching through The Steadfast Group is guided by three foundational principles: Accountability, Credibility, and Expectations. These three principles will guide your coaching experience and, if you are committed to them, are the principles that will move you from boss to leader in your own work.
Accountability: Throughout the coaching process, we will commit to accountability to each other. I commit to you to be available for our sessions, prepared for our sessions, with content that challenges you to a more critical thought process. You will commit to be available for the sessions, to have completed assigned reading and questions, and to stay with the process through the completion of our sessions. We agree to work together through the process, and to be flexible in meeting your scheduling and coaching needs.
Credibility: The credibility of The Steadfast Group coaches is stellar; however, our credibility isn’t as important as your credibility as you process through the sessions. Credibility in your workplace can and will be affected by the content you learn in our sessions. Your behaviors will change, and your processes will become more streamlined, your decision-making more efficient. But no amount of personal coaching can overcome credibility issues if negative personal behaviors remain. Change may be difficult, but it will be beneficial.
Expectation: What benefits can you expect as a result of personal coaching through The Steadfast Group? You will be challenged as a person and as a leader; you will read more than you have read in a long time; you will be asked to complete written assignments; you will be asked to dream, to forgive, to change.
